Looking her hottest best ,Katrina Kaif,has everyone raving ever since the launch of her Dhoom 3 poster that sees her sizzle in a black ensemble sporting a look and body that would have anyone going green with envy.
While Bollwood's
lucky mascot makes looking good seem easy, very few know the hard work
that the actress put into achieving a celluloid perfect body for the
action-entertainer.
Katrina Kaif took to functional training under the guidance of Reza and even trained
in pilates with Yasmin Karachiwala,which involves control, flow and
concentration to develop a strong core to perform the kind of stunts the
film required for over a year.
Katrina literally trained for every single day of the year as Reza and Yasmin would work with her at Joggers Park.
If that wasn't all , Katrina also trained in Aerial Straps Work with
professionals from London .Aerial Acrobats involve lifting your own body
weight with the help of straps.
Says a source, "Katrina Kaif has worked extremely hard on her body for Dhoom
3 and the results are for all to see. Over a year of pilates,functional
training and an intense course in Aerial Straps work have challenged
her limits in terms of the kind of stunts and action she has performed
in the film. While expert acrobats are trained in doing Aerial stunts , Katrina managed to do them and still look flawless because of the kind of work she has put into it."
